Q1:I have a 2017 odes four-door 800 and in the cab the heat in the warmer months is almost intolerable especially in the rear seat yes I was told to remove the resonator and that will eliminate A lot of the heat problem I’m just wondering if this has any merit or if there are any other solutions thanks for your input

Q2:Just got a driven clutch here for some measuring that I wanted to do and figured I would offer up a tip when you have your clutch cover open. The clutch was handed over to me with the rollers fully melted as you can see in the following images.

I am not posting this to scare anyone but when you are changing the belt take the time to go through a thorough check as it may save you some headache down the road.
I posted many a moon ago about the driven roller scuffing and creating a side load and causing binding in the roller, Well take a good look at the roller that has the green arrow pointing to the ridge or if you want to look at it as the other side has a depression that is fine as well.
What happens when something that is supposed to roll can no longer roll, Well you get a flat spot at least when it comes to plastics or composites. Then you get that ugliness.
I am also posting a image of the aftermarket roller I machined from a hi-heat thermoplastic that maintains strength at hi-heat.
Any questions fire away and if not just check things out while rooting around the clutches.
