1. Disassemble CVT

a) Remove the CVT pulley cover

b) Insert M8*50 full-thread bolts into the bolt holes of the driven wheel and tighten them.

After the driven wheel is compressed, take out the belt.

c) Unscrew the full-wire bolts, remove the fixed bolts of the driven wheel, and remove the CVT driven wheel

d) Remove the fixing bolts of the driving wheel and remove the driving wheel

e) Use the bolts shown below to remove the driving drive plate.

f ) The picture below shows the state after dismantling the CVT

g) Remove the gearbox sleeve and replace it with an imported CVT gearbox sleeve

2. Replace New Imported CVT

a) Install the driving wheel, and tighten the fixing bolts of the driving wheel, the torque is 100

b) Install the driven wheel and tighten the fixed bolts of the driven wheel. Torque is 60

c) Insert M10*50 full-thread bolts into the bolt holes on both sides of the driven wheel and tighten them.

Install the belt. After the belt is installed, turn the driven wheel clockwise,

and stop when the belt is completely fixed to the driving wheel and the driven wheel.

d) Reinstall the wheel cover. Finished.

Note: Imported CVT belts and domestic CVT belts are not compatible.
